SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays), regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.

During high-volume periods (such as Black Friday, 4/20, and major holidays), processing times may be extended by an additional 3–5 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

To avoid delays, please ensure your shipping and billing information is accurate and complete at checkout. Orders with incorrect or unverified details may be delayed by 2–3 additional business days.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Packages are typically delivered to your mailbox or front door, but final delivery is determined by the carrier. If the carrier deems the location unsafe, they may:

  • Hold the package at a local facility, or
  • Attempt redelivery at a later time

We recommend using a shipping address where someone is available to receive the package.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & INTERNATIONAL FEES

For international orders, additional customs fees, duties, or import taxes may be charged once the package reaches your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We do not control or estimate these fees.

By placing an order, you agree to pay any applicable customs charges. If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees or duties, the order may be returned or abandoned, and we cannot guarantee a refund.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email within up to 72 hours.

After your order ships, you will receive a second email with your tracking number and tracking link.

Please allow 1–4 days for tracking information to update after shipment. In rare cases, tracking may not update, but the package is still in transit.

If you experience an issue with tracking or delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly before reaching out to us.
