OUR STORY

"It actually started pretty simply—I was scrolling Instagram in 2016 and saw these beautiful cannagars that were supposed to be a three-hour-long, slow-burning super blunt. As someone who rolls up multiple times a day, I wanted to try one. But they
were a few hundred dollars, and I’d have to buy them in a different state. I remember thinking, “Damn, I can’t buy a round-trip ticket just to smoke a blunt.” So I made one myself. I was an engineer—I could figure it out. I 3D printed a mold, and it worked
great. But what really stuck with me was how they were being marketed—like it was exclusive - only reserved for the 1%. That’s when it became about more than just cannabis.

What really drives me—what has always driven me—is that I hate limitations. I grew up with a lot of them. Some were put on me by other people. But the worst ones were the ones I believed about myself. And once I believed them, I built a cage around
myself and I reinforced it daily. It wasn’t until later that I realized: that cage wasn’t real. It was just a story I had accepted. And once I broke out of it, it felt like I unlocked a superpower. Now, when I see someone stuck in that mindset——I get fired up. I know what it’s like to build a cage and forget you’re the one holding the key. And I know people can be more.

That’s what the mold is—a way to open the door. For people who couldn’t roll. For people who couldn’t afford a pre-made. For people who were told that elevated experiences weren’t for them. And that belief doesn’t just shape what we build—it shapes how we build the company. We don’t require fancy degrees. We give people ownership over their work. We let people grow into what they’re capable of—not just what’s on their resume. Because we believe people are more than the boxes they’ve been put in.

We’re building a place where people don’t have to shrink themselves to fit the mold. And yeah—ironically, it started with a mold."
